Refund/Return Policy

Our refund/return policy is in effect for 30 days after you receive your item. You must notify us within that 30 days if there is a problem at support@petsndesign.com.

Since our products are 'Print on Demand' and every item is created manually upon receiving your order, we do not normally offer any refunds/returns. However, returns are accepted if:

1) Wrong Size: If the size received is different from the size you ordered, then we will send you a replacement.  We will pay return shipping via a store credit.   Please note:  if you have entered the wrong size,  we cannot refund or send a replacement for your item.  

2) Wrong Design: In case the design received is different than the one you ordered, we will send you the correct design. We will pay return shipping via a store credit.

3) Damaged Item: If your product(s) is damaged upon receipt, we will send you a replacement or refund. Replacement item is only sent once we receive the original item.  We will pay return shipping via a store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note, in order to claim replacement/refund, you need to send us the picture of the item in its original packaging. You can claim refund/return up to 30 days after receiving the item.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, cannot be returned/refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and receipt for return shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days by Pets N Design.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, depending on method of payment ,first check your bank account again.  Next contact your bank.  Or contact your credit card company.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you were sent the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@petsndesign.com.  (Please follow return instructions.)  Then send your item to:

Sale Items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded.  Only regular priced items may be refunded.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

For jewelry purchases, we guarantee your 100% happiness, or we will refund your money, less shipping, no questions asked.  However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
